The room I booked was cleaned and available with a very comfortable bed as well as a modern TV. Breakfast with the coffee machine and luke warm instant coffee. The hotel was located really close to the river and a picturesque bridge and Exmouth;))

rooms and food were second to none, and hotel in general was excellent. i loved a perfect decor and nice furniture. it was set next to pubs and restaurants. plus i reached st mary in 5 minutes by foot. delightful stay in the wonderful area.

Prime location, fine breakfast, efficient employees. It's spotless with nice beds. 25 km from Exeter International airport. Loved early check-in and easy check-out.
